Why visit the Pafile Stand at Klimahouse 2019?

The Italian building landscape continues to evolve continuously, and not just on product data sheets. From energy saving to zero consumption. From thermally insulated homes to those in which well-being, and comfort, become the priority. All seasoned with increasing attention to the issue of sustainability.

In this important Fair, Pafile talks about a new ecosystem, that of eco-sustainable building. And the litmus test of the state of the art and especially of trends is represented by Klimahouse in which the Vicenza-based company’s activity fits perfectly. Many novelties for 2019 presented by Pafile and not only on the market solutions front.

The context has changed a lot in the last decade. Until a few years ago, the industry invested all its attention in trying to understand and learn how to make energy-efficient housing. That was a first for everyone.

It was necessary to investigate materials and technologies, including machinery, to identify those best suited to the challenge. Now we are in a different phase where the priority is no longer energy conservation but comfort in the broadest sense.

It will be the new generations–many are convinced of this–that will provide the accelerator blow to an industry, the construction industry, that for many years has remained entrenched in itself and has too often neglected the issue of investment in innovation.

“Young people are pushing in the direction of innovation and are very attentive to issues such as energy saving and wellness,” explains Mur, director of the Bolzano Fair. “Change is inevitable, and this is good news. And we hope it will create the ecosystem necessary for innovations to develop even at the level of established companies that will be able to take advantage of the ingenuity of young people to make innovations their own, including through acquisition deals.”

According to Pafile, Italy needs to find its own operating model: “Taking inspiration from other countries was inevitable a few years ago, but Italy has its own peculiarities and therefore needs to find its own eco-sustainable building model, or more than one according to the climatic differences in the various regions, and we contribute with solutions and systems declined according to regionality and customer needs.”
